It would be disrespectful to have a blog named after a Julio Cortázar book and not to have any jazz on it.So I would like to recommend this mind blowing album – a milestone in jazz – made in 1963 by the afro-American composer, bass player and pianist Charles Mingus - the same year Cortázar published Rayuela (Hopscotch in English).
